To ensure the highest quality standards for our formal wear, Sherri Hill accepts returns on unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain evening gowns and seasonal collections may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the dress in its original garment bag and shipping box to prevent damage or creasing during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
